Our Bourbon vanilla beans (14–16 cm) come from Madagascar and are among the highest quality worldwide. They are oily, soft, and rich in natural vanillin. With a moisture content of 25–35% and a vanillin content of 1.5–2.5%, they impress with their intense, sweet-floral aroma.
