We ship worldwide. Shipping is from Germany.

Shipping Costs

Germany:
Shipping costs are €4.90.
For orders over €20, shipping within Germany is free.

Europe:
Shipping costs are a flat rate of €11.90.

Outside the EU:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed individually during the checkout process.

Delivery Time

The total delivery time is usually 3–14 business days, unless otherwise specified for the respective product.

The delivery time is composed of:

Processing time: 1–2 business days after receipt of payment
Shipping time: depending on the destination country

Please note:
In individual cases, longer delivery times may occur due to international supply chains, import conditions, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions or transport delays).

Should an item not be available, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.

Payment and Shipping

When paying in advance (bank transfer), shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.

Other payment methods (e.g., PayPal or credit card) are usually processed faster.

Shipping Carrier

Shipping is generally carried out with DHL or a comparable shipping service provider.

Transfer of Risk

If the customer is a consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.
