1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.

By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by e-mail.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices. Due to the small business status according to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is levied and therefore not shown.

Shipping costs may apply, which will be indicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Delivery usually takes 3 to 14 working days, unless otherwise specified for the product.

Should a product not be available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.

We bear the shipping risk if the customer is a consumer.

6. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, credit card, or bank transfer).

For payment in advance, shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are regulated in our cancellation policy.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage for the contract.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Contract Language and Storage

The contract language is German.

The contract text is not permanently stored by us.

13. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
